AVV-701PRO BORE CENTERLINE – Advance Industrial Geometrical Laser Alignment System

With the AVV-701PRO, the laser bore pocket alignment process is fast, cost-effective, and produces precise repeatable readings.

The bore pocket alignment will eliminate the possibility of human error. The accuracy to within 1 micron is achieved by first emitting a laser line through the approximate center of all bore pockets. Adjustable bore specific bracket is then used to probe the surface of each of the bore pockets and determine the exact center position.

Data points are recorded in the AVV-701PRO and adjusted for machine specific presets. The appropriate line for the machine is then calculated and shown.
